We offer returns on our accessories. 

However, unfortunately for our 'Custom Personalised' products, unless there is negligence on our part, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. This is due to every item being made-to-order.

All Personalised Essential Paw items are made to order, therefore it will take 2 – 5 business days to complete production.
